Hans Bisgaard

Novo Nordisk Prize recipient has created a basis for improving the prevention and treatment of childhood asthma

Hans Bisgaard is receiving the Novo Nordisk Prize for his pioneering research efforts to understand how asthma and other inflammatory diseases emerge early in life and how to improve the prevention and treatment of these diseases among children. The Prize is accompanied by DKK 3 million.
